Loss of Ramsay has been huge for the Welsh. Could almost be 4-0.

Why aren't Wales in Red ?? Not as if it will clash with the rancid green of Portugal.

Group A - France, Netherlands, Sweden, Bulgaria, Belarus, Luxembourg

Group B - Portugal, Switzerland, Hungary, Faroe Islands, Latvia, Andorra

Group C - Germany, Czech Rep., Northern Ireland, Norway, Azerbaijan, San Marino

Group D - Wales, Austria, Rep. of Ireland, Serbia, Georgia, Moldova

Group E - Romania, Poland, Denmark, Montenegro, Armenia, Kazakhstan

Group F - England, Slovakia, Slovenia, Scotland, Lithuania, Malta

Group G - Spain, Italy, Albania, Israel, Macedonia, Liechtenstein

Group H- Belgium, Bosnia & H., Greece, Estonia, Cyprus, Gibraltar

Group I - Croatia, Ukraine, Iceland, Turkey, Finland, Kosovo

So this is for the World Cup. The 9 first place teams advance. Then the next top 8 2nd place teams match up(#9 kicked to the curb) and the 4 winners there give you the 13 European qualifiers for the 2018 World Cup. Who are your 13?

I'll go with France, Portugal, Germany, Wales, Poland, England, Spain, Belgium, Iceland as the winners then my next 4 would be Ukraine, Italy, Netherlands and and Switzerland. Of course as we get closer that'll change but I'll throw that out there at first glance.
 
I can guarantee that Scotland will finish in the 9th runner up spot and as such miss out. We have a history of glorious failure.

They could and Icelands crazy run through this years Euro Cup will probably wear off by the qualifiers it's hard to tell. I think there are 8 or 10 really good teams in the Euro zone and then you could put another 10 teams all good and fairly equal that will have to slug it out for the remaining spots. And it always happens that a favorite lays an egg (I'm thinking Portugal here they really squeaked through some of this years Cup).
