Well he's certainly not average income-wise. I hope it isn't a case of "the people in the know" telling him he can afford it since those people will have you eating nothing but beans and rice and your entertainment is watching TV with binoculars from across the street. My wife and I are so grateful we didn't fall for that crap.
 
That's a house built for entertaining large amounts of people. Wonder if he bought it to keep the guys out of trouble.
