The five stages, denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance are a part of the framework that makes up our learning to live with, Rams/collapse/torment . They are tools to help us frame and identify what we may be feeling.

A guy at my doctors office saw my iPhone Rams cover and said man I feel sorry for you today . I said I'm ammuned to it by now . I'm too old for this crap .

Had to take a day off from work. This loss ranks up there with the 2007 Carolina loss and the 2013 Cowboys loss for me. Just utterly dominated from start to finish and that moment where I feel like my coaching staff just got exposed and there's no coming back to be successful overall.

Whatcha talking bout? I'm not in denial. This team pisses me off! Damn, what's the point in watching? C'mon Fish. Let Goff play and I'll lay off of you. Oh well, here we go with another 7-9 team. Could be worse.

Sounds negative... but I was at "acceptance" last year.

Nothing seems to improve. It's like Groundhog Day every year.

I actually when right into the acceptance phase knowing we suck because of our beloved HC's limitations.

Fisher f*cked himself with that 7-9 speech on Hard Knocks. It felt ominous when I heard it ,and now it seems like it's all coming to fruition. Again. About the 5 stages... that reminds me of this...
