I'm a cop in Missouri and at the very most it's a book and release but 99% of the time it's just going to be a citation unless their are other factors involved such as impairment of some kind. I doubt it's much different on Florida.

In California you can steal $900 from a Home Depot and not go to jail.

California is a very low quality barometer for what happens in the civilized world.

Fair enough but you can also read in just about every city in the country about people going to jail for reckless driving. I'm not saying there are people who don't go to jail but you're omitting one key factor. He got into a verbal altercation with the police and was confrontational enough to be cuffed. Adds a little bit more than just a reckless driving ticket.

The only game airing here is the Steelers/Falcons. Not a good start for Fields. Fumbled first snap. On second down a bad pass with an open receiver at the first down line. Then they had to use a timeout to avoid a delay penalty.
 
Buffalo drives to the 20yd line, then Josh Allen fumbles.

Cards ball.
