Ryan Fitzpatrick/Josh Rosen soon to be D.O.A.

Fear that they about to ruin DeShaun Watson.... So they are desperate.

Should have traded up in the draft to get Dillard. Would have been a hell of a lot cheaper.

.

imagine being a dolphins player right now. the team just told them they're tanking this season.

.

First Cardinals and then Dolphins. Rosen must be wondering who he ticked off.

Houston just doomed themselves to more mediocrity. They lose one of their best players in Clowney, and what they got for it they give away for two decent football players in Tunsil and Stills. Neither of these guys is going to push Houston over the top.

If Miami does go for a different QB maybe the Colts end up with Rosen? Although I'd like to see him go to Denver. Hes better than anyone else they have other than maybe Flacco. Cant help but feel bad for Rosen so im kind of rooting for him.

Texans strike again! Yes Tunsil is a nice player and they have a pass blocker for Watson which they desperately needed. But that's more draft capital and players for Tunsil and Stills than the Bears gave up for Mack.

Clearly Bill O'Brien is trying to save his job for 2019. Even if these gambles don't work for him and he gets Shyte-Canned in Houston, the guy who will suffer with no First Round Picks in 2020 and 2021 is his successor....

...so what the heII does O'Brien have to lose right now huh??!!

As much as I dislike BOB as a coach, they did win 11 games. The new guy would be coming to a talented team that wont have to pay unreal $$$$ to Jadaveon Clowney.

The moves today while everyone loves to make fun of, to me are irrelevant. Draft picks and headlines don't matter on Sundays.

They have some very good things going for them moving forward in addition to being a playoff team.

  1. They have a franchise QB, if he can stay healthy.
  2. They have what looks to be a franchise LT.
  3. They have one of if not the best, IMO the best, WR in the game.
  4. They have $83 million in cap space next year.
But they also have some issues including a lack of draft capital. While Tunsil is a massive upgrade for them they also have questions remaining along the OLine. And they have some important free agents next year that could eat some of that cap space like Roby, Martin, Mercilus and Joseph. The new GM, assuming it's the guy from NE they tried to hire has some challenges for him. I'll root for them just because of Watson, but it's going to be rough for them. Fortunately every team in that division has some major issues on offense.

These two get tied together for the better.

Yup.

Yup, which will be used to pay the above 3.

Jonathan Joseph is 35, dude is gonna leave or reture. Bradley Roby is in a 1 year prove it deal. IDK much about Jacob Martin. Whitney is another guy like Bradley Roby who may or may not be back because of his injury.

IMO the draft has gotten so romanticized...not the end of the world The team has young talent already, they'll use their remaining picks for depth. They've done pretty well with their 3rd and 4th rounders lately.
