And it looks like Brett Rypien is going to back up Staff this Sunday.

Actually, it does not sound good about Bennett... apparently he's considering surgery or a procedure on his shoulder of some type.

This is eerily sounding a lot like last year and we ain't even got to the first kickoff yet.....

Honestly, if Bennett has been dealing with pain for a "few weeks" it 100% explains his last game (not to excuse it)

But, the ball seemed to be lacking the velocity and zip that I know he has.

Makes me feel better about it.

I don't see it in the above short article; and did not hear McVay suggest a 'procedure' in his press conference.

This is a real bummer for Stetson, I feel bad for him as a person and player. He would learn a lot running scout and taking some practice snaps. Hoping for the best for him.

Yeah he looked horrible his last game and they say it was lingering for a couple weeks so that would explain a lot

He definitely looked much better in the 1st preseason game than he did in the other 2.
