NFL Fourth Quarter Comebacks Career Leaders (since 1950)

Our QB inching closer and closer to being The King Of Comebacks.
I could very easily see him taking the 3 spot this year

How high do you see him climbing on this list at seasons end ?

He nearly completed Comeback #39 this past post season against the Green Birds, assuming this list includes playoff games.

Interesting point.
Who has the most postseason game winning drives?
I’m sure brady has the most, but Stafford had 3 straight 4th qtr game winning drives in ‘21.

Since the Lions were almost always behind in 4th quarter, he’s had more opportunities to come back late in the game, but he is still a great QB to have in those situations.

I would take Matthew over most QBs for needed late game heroics. He does not just take what the defense gives him: he can dictate to the defense with his no-look passing game.

Maybe it was just the games I happened to have been lucky enough to watch, but when I think of 4th quarter comebacks, I think of Ken Stabler.

The Snake.

I love Stafford but the times with Warner throwing to Bruce, Holt and Faulk was just magical.
There wasn't much of a need to
"come back" in those games because we were usually up by two or three touchdowns. :)
