Seems we have enough cap to bring in a couple of marquee FAs and a couple of pretty decent additions and keep a couple of our own?

Dude how the F can Cleveland have a cap space of 101 million? That's retarded! F me! And the Whiners right behind him! We might be able to get some of these FA's want to target due to some these teams having crazy money to over pay.

When you're savvy on who you pay for you have a massive reserve.

Cleveland has $50.mil in rollover CAP & the Whiners near $38. mil in rollover.

It was just a few days ago the Rams were listed with $5.mil in rollover, and now that has all but disappeared. Where did it go ?

They have drafted so horribly they don't have many if any 2nd contract players. They have only drafted two players in the last 10 years in the first round that got a 2nd contract from them. Joe Thomas and Joe Haden. The rest were cut, most before their rookie contract was completed or let go in free agency. They've been horribly run prior to this current regime. The Niners last few drafts haven't been much better but the big thing with them was all the early retirements. That took a lot of big contracts off the books.

I get what you guys are getting at but hell I don't think I've seen any team ever any where close to these numbers? Maybe because it's 3 digits? lol

Cleveland will have to get creative. But I have some ideas for what they can do.

Here is a link of all the teams from highest amount to lowest amount of cap space available. The Rams are in the top half. Caps are fluid so to speak so these will can change quickly. You look at who teams have signed and need to resign. They might have gone a little over the top on Tavon Austin's extension. They got Tree and Donald's new deals in the wings. Overall I they are in good shape. They new coaching staff should help out finding some under the radar players and one that will be great fits. Demoff will have some cap space to get some free agents signed. They need to hit on the ones they decide on.

Yeah it's crazy for sure, the Raiders and Jags were in similar situations over the last two years.

I don't know about this^, in regards to Cleveland and SF they both Sucked last year, they should have Spent some of there money!!

They obviously didn't pay to play which is why they ended up in this predicament. They should think about forking more toward quality players.
