I voted yes, but that's not exactly how I feel. It's not really cheating, but it will produce the same feelings in your significant other so it doesn't matter that it's not technically cheating.

It's really less about definitions and more about whether or not your partner feels betrayed. If they feel betrayed by everything then that's a whole different story.

While I agree that having time taken from you and your own needs would present a problem, how different is that from her privately using a vibrator or any other sex toy for that matter ? Many couples have, by consent, added sex toys to their 'repertoire', sharing in the experience of various forms of pleasure together, so the problem may not be the toy so much in itself, it may actually be the lost intimacy with your significant other.
Libido has always been a touchy subject (Yes, I meant to say that) as it's often uncommon for lovers to always feel/show desire at the same time as your partner, especially if you have kids or others about.
When couples lose intimacy or wives/girlfriends libido proves to no longer be a good match, that's a time many people will typically start considering looking outside the relationship for a more fulfilling answer. While a sex doll may one day rival a partner in terms of physical appearance or sexual ability, it's not likely the intimacy factor will ever be matched. A sex doll may provide a 'bionic dick', but i'm doubtful they will ever compete with what we can do with our mouths and fingers when it comes to pleasuring a woman. It’s actually not silly. If your human partner feels like they can’t live up to your life sized sex doll, do their feelings matter? Mind you, this is a 120 pound doll that speaks, batts it’s eyes, looks sideways at you, and when the programming gets better and better, it will become less and less robotic (more human like). The doll is big enough and heavy enough and inspires feelings in its owner, that makes it difficult to just throw it in the closet (per reports). That’s a little more complicated than a vibrator.

Well, ... the sex doll is designed to be a 'super wanker', so I doubt you'll be hurting its feelings or mis-characterizing its function. I'd dare to say that an expensive life-size robot like this would also be designed with other abilities, like answering a phone, answering the door, provide maid/housekeeping services or some degree of personal security, act as a waiter/waitress and perhaps even helping in the kitchen. But the argument could be made that the user isn't just looking for a sensation and to get off but for the "with another human" experience. The robot doesn't really provide that, but with an entire body, face, voice, etc it's closer and it's easy to see that just getting off isn't enough. They want to simulate the human to human intimacy. If that's what they want, it implies that the partner isn't enough or good enough. I could definitely see someone getting upset about that.

I have known people that didn't want their partners to self-service at all. It's all about what upsets your partner and what you're willing to put up with from your partner.
