Brissett is looking good. That draft class may go down as a very good one when it's all over. Goff, Wentz, Dak and Brissett plus a couple are backups right now.

yea its legal, and very common in college and starting to bleed over into NFL. rams seemed to be doing something similar where the G (brown) throws his arm forward to indicate the C to snap the ball
