People are suggesting that Oak was content to run out the click before the TO was called. Then he called it, Oak ran for the first down into field goal range - and took the W

But the raiders only had like 10 seconds on the play clock when they called the TO. They had to hike the ball regardless. It literally changed nothing.

You are probably right. They were going to run the ball and try to win either way.
 
Of course the Steelers got 3 gifts and made the playoffs. I invited a few friends(all Steelers fans) to watch both games , figuring there was no way Indy loses to the Jags.
Turns out that I got kicked in the nuts twice. You think I’d be used to the Rams letting me down by now.
