I dont think anyone doubts that, but there is so much more to being a GM. Hiring people, firing people, scouting, salary cap management, the list goes on. This move is like hiring someone to be a CEO of a fortune 500 out of college.

Well yeah, but it's not like he's going to be making any major decisions here, he's just there "yes sir" guy. no difference in what Les Snead has been for us over the past few years. It's not that hard of a job.
