I'd gladly have Roberson back.
I really think that he ticked off Gregg Williams with his lackadaisical laidback manner. Marcus has a way to think of himself "Just to darn cool & good to put his effort into it" on his approaches to practice. I do not think he will travel back to Los Angeles again as long as GW is DC.

It also gave rotoworld another dig & opportunity to attack Les Snead with some nasty comments as usual. Another example of a classless NBC's :poop: product. see below:

.... It's another failed signing of GM Les Snead, who gave Sensabaugh a three-year, $14 million deal in March. Sensabaugh's release leaves $6.5M in dead money over the next two seasons.

Actually this was overdue. I knick-named the guy SensaBURN because he was consistently getting beat. What ticked me off the most was the Rams let Roberson go...a guy who was showing he could make plays.

Fortunately Gaines is back playing which kept SensaBURN off the field!

Staff decisions like keeping SensaBURN is what makes you scratch your head sometimes. Before that...after seeing Foles for four games...I was scratching my head. He looked great in the opener against Seattle last year...and after that he went downhill fast.

GOOD RIDDANCE SENSABURN!!!

I wish him well, as he seemed like a really good guy. But clearly it didn't work out, and Williams/Fisher weren't going to double down on it, especially with EJ coming back and Troy Hill showing improvement. So no point in delaying the inevitable.

Good luck, Coty.

As other have said, hopefully Sensabaugh can land on his feet. He's a great person. And as bad as he was here, it was not for lack of effort. At times his coverage was actually quite good but he could just never make the play despite his strong positioning (see: Dez Bryant TD). He has some NFL experience. I hope another team gives him a chance and he excels. I think he can be better than what he showed as a Ram, but it wasn't going to happen here.

I particularly like this move because it shows Fisher admitting a mistake in very short order. That's both surprising and welcome. We never should have signed Sensabaugh to being with. Better CBs were available in the same price range.

The promotion of Fox indeed seems to signal we might have troubles with the health of our DEs. Quinn came back and played last week after getting hurt, and his injury was referred to as a "stinger". Even if he misses time from the shoulder I don't think it will be a big deal. Ankle injuries, however, can be a real issue. Hopefully this doesn't mean starter William Hayes is in worse shape than first thought...

Sensabaugh is the new Nick Foles. Good thing he got released early

Good riddance! Lata SensaSUX!!

As for rotoworld, they can suck a butt. I used to respect that site until they began taking low blow cheap shots in every Rams player note. Fuxck them

Fox played inside more that outside during preseason, my bet is that Hayes & Brockers will miss tomorrow, so Cam Thomas will start with Fox coming in on passing downs.

You mean the guy that got torched by Julio for 300 yards....yep, he got cut

But Im wondering if that was an aberration or not. Although I guess with Troy Hill as a serviceable backup we are fine right now. Still could be nice to have depth.

I'd say most of us Rams fans didnt like the signing to begin with for the amount of money we gave him. Looks like we were right this time.

No telling who gets activated or not but having an extra pass rushing DT like Fox permits Aaron Donald to get some action on the edge in place of Quinn & Hayes. That's a real big help to the secondary. Pressure Pressure! If you have Fox joining in with the 6 healthy DL'ers its a more doable situation by far. I would bet we will be very happy with the results that Fox brings to the pass rush Sunday Afternoon.

Imagine the below on passing downs:
DE-Donald
DT-Fox
NT-Easley
DE-Longacre
:heh:

Love me some Morgan Fox! :rimshot:
