I remember when Rookie QB, Archie Manning, upset the highly favored Horns in his very first NFL regular season game. Ya kinda have to covet those Manning genes thereafter. If you have problems beating them, ya might as well join them. :sunglasses:

I hesitate to count so much on Arch Manning. Pick the nest QB available in 2026 and even then the pick might be a BUST.

The scary thing (for the division) is that Penix has had very real injury concerns in college. We have a very good shot of getting a high pick.

Yeah, I'm not sold on a QB with a name....even one as good as "Manning". If he starts.....looks great....and declares....followed by the Rams finding a team to trade with to get him, I will be excited, but that's a lot of pieces to fall into place based on trading for one 1st rounder from Atlanta.

Exactly.

Manning hasn’t proven that he is a franchise quarterback yet.

We have a coaching brass that knows! QB talent when they see it. They ought to make an astute choice if they truly want a 1st round QB next year. :bullseye:
