ROD mock draft in 2016

Lot of discussion in the war room about this pick. The Raiders need safety help and could use either Vonn Bell, Karl Joseph, or Jeremy Cash. Each brings a distinct trait that could work well in Ken Norton Jr's system, and Norton himself was lobbying hard for Jeremy Cash who is an assassin in the secondary. I disagreed, because I see him more as a hybrid. Karl Joseph is the most well-rounded safety; but I, as the Raiders GM, decided to take Vonn Bell, who is arguably the best cover safety in the draft - and that's what I'm looking for most. Up to you, Ken Norton Douchebag, to make him more violent.

In all probability, if that trade happens in the parallel universe to ROD, SF is asking for a 2nd round pick (63) and Denver is wanting to surrender a 4th ( which they don't have a tradable 4th) so their 3rd (98) would probably be the price compromise. This draft could still reflect that change. That is only if Elway and the Niners get it done quickly because I just may have a trick or two up my sleeve today.:sneaky:

Interesting, I had him around there too, he was at #26 with me :) again, I couldn't pass on a 1st round talent and there wasn't anyone to trade with :)

I have a feeling he's going to be a great WR
