I really miss Mardis Gras in St. Louis. That is one of the most fun things I've ever done/been a part of. For anyone here who has the opportunity to go, I would definitely recommend it. Though, I've never been to the pet parade.

How many people have been to the one in N'awlins? I vaguely remember going to Fat Tuesday. Had a whole bunch of those 64 oz Hurricanes. I do remember helping people unload a float one day (the parade route ended at the hotel we staying), and they gave us a whole box of beads. Oh. My. God. Walk around New Orleans at night wearing 200 strings of high-end beads. Then report back. I think I short-circuited after that. Just walking around mumbling "boobies. boobies. boobies."
