Who’s it going to be? No way they keep Webster for that role, he is a turnover waiting to happen.

Tutu really doesn’t have the body or experience to get it done.

Funk?? Knee injuries could be a problem.

Who else is there? One of the DBs?

I think Funk gets the first shot at it if he is healthy. Of course, that's a big if. Jeremiah Haydel is a long shot, but he was amazing in college.

Huge question mark and there's no way of disguising that.

People want Funk on kicks but he has injury questions and has returned 1 kick in the last 3 years of college and 13 total in 5 years. Will he be good if given the job? Nobody knows if he'll be good or not but he has little experience and major injury history.

Atwell and DJax returning punts is a recipe for disaster.

Calais returned 7 kicks last year but did a lot of that in college so he's a possibility, if he makes the roster. Webster has experience at it but is unspectacular and IMO isn't likely to make the roster. Kupp is the only guy other than him to return punts last year and I think we'd all rather Cooper wasn't back there.

PR I expect will be Tutu, at least initially. He didn't do a ton of it in college but he was critical to that offense. Here in this season he'll be a depth guy which is appropriate for risking on returns and he's got the right skills for it. The guy will be feared I just pray he has the ball security to stick in that role.

Kick return I'm on the Calais train. Think he makes the roster as RB4 based on that.

I know this isn’t common but have a feeling Rochelle could be potentially in that mix
Interesting thought Corbin. He does have some crazy athleticism and was too important to do that kind of thing in college as a starting corner. Wonder if he's got good instincts. He does bring real nice size too.

A ton of it eh? hahahaha

Did you ever look at his college stats? Just curious. Four punt returns in three years isn't exactly a ton by any measurement system I'm familiar with.

If you watch highlights he sure as hell return and int skills. I’m under the impression that he didn’t have a lot of opportunities to return but when he did he was electric! Sure as hell has the talent to be good. I’m intrigued.

I did. And I couldn't miss multiple times of yourself pointing that out too btw.

I think he has the skills to do it though. And with this offense he's not a critical guy like Kupp. So I expect they will try him and as I pointed out hopefully he can secure the ball and keep the job.
