There are quite a few fans on here from pretty far back. You may have them all beat though. Now you got your first post out of the way, have some fun and join in on the conversations. Cheers.

that your Dad?

Hi Ya'll. i don't know names so can't address anyone yet. Met some of you in St.Luis,(Rams/Seahawks) opener. Wow great game. Really got tired of hearing (pregame) that seahawk chant. was sure quiet postgame huh??. Would like to hear from someone who is an older "Los Angeles" Ram fan. Been a fan since "46. got to watch Bob Waterfield,
Crazy legs Hirsch on the practice field when i was in grammar school. Fan ever since. Good to be back. Go Rams.

Good to have you here Pops!

This was such a fun time. Not everyone, but a lot of us were there for this night;

Hi everyone! Long time lurker and ahead of the big weekend thought I should finally register and introduce myself.

I live in London and like a lot of us over here started supporting the Rams in the late 80s when we got television highlights and needing a team support chose the Rams due to it matching the nickname of my English football team.

For me this weekend is more personal than most as whilst travelling across the US in 2016 I stopped in New Orleans and met my future wife who is Saints fan. One of the first times we went out together was to the Saints v Rams game in the Dome that year and for our first wedding anniversary this year we flew over to New Orleans and took in the regular season match-up.

This week has been 'interesting' in our household and not sure how we'll get through the build up and game tomorrow without World War III breaking out! We both have flights to Atlanta booked for the Super Bowl just to be in the city with only one of us likely to use them.

Looking forward to getting involved in the discussions.

Welcome! We have quite a few UK and international members that are regular and active here. You’ve found a good place for that camaraderie.

I can’t imagine my wife being a Saints fan, especially for this game. I don’t think I could watch the game with her, to be honest. Lol.

Hey Wrangler. :wow:A fan from the Yellow and blue days! Just like Kenny Washington in my avatar. Hope you like it.

I'm impressed with my dad, who became a Ram fan in '61, when he moved here after he left the Special Forces. Then he got me into the Rams by taking me to the coliseum, in the blue and white, and blue and yellow days.

But damn--you've been a fan since Waterfield, Crazy Legs, and Washington? That's impressive.

Welcome to the forum and post often, please!

Hi and congrats to all my Rams-fan friends! I just registered for this forum. Like many of you I have been a Rams fam since birth, thanks to my dad (almost 50 years!). I have never left the Rams, even during their bad years, which makes times like this even better.

I'm from San Francisco. I was predicting it would be the Rams and Patriots this year - the rematch, but this next game, will change the course of history. It's time for the Pat's dynasty to end and for the new Rams' dynasty to begin. The Pats got into that first SB by that tuck-rule and beat the Rams by endless no-calls in that game. It just seems like karma and fate.

Go RAMS! I think we are in a great position to be one of NFL's best teams for a long time. Now is a very exciting time to be a Rams fan! Finally.

Hello SB bound Ram's fans. I'm a Patriots fan here to talk about the upcoming game. I am not here to troll and will not get into trading insults, etc. May the best team win.

BTW, my name comes from an old TV detective show.

Welcome. Visiting fans are welcomed and treated with respect here - assuming you do the same. Looking forward to two weeks of back and forth!

Eta: I went to a pats game at Gillette a few years back when I was in Boston and the fans were so friendly and genuine. Boston is my favourite city in the world (so far...!). Still hope you get thrashed though.

Welcome aboard. There are a few of us from the area here, just not Pats fans

Hey everyone. My name is Nick and I've been a Rams fan as long as I can remember. I was born in 1989 in St Louis and although the Rams were still in LA, by the time I knew what football was, they were in St Louis lighting it up. Ever since, I've stuck by them and always thought, maybe this will be the year.

I've seen the Rams play 3x in person, the first game being a W back in the 2012 season in Buffalo (I grew up in Central NY). Austin Pettis caught a clutch pass on the game winning drive and I even got to see SJ39 score a TD in our end zone. Since then I've moved to Detroit and I saw them lose here 2 years ago when Keenum completed 19 in a row. I remember looking at the scoreboard towards the end thinking "how the **** did we score 28 points?". I was then lucky enough to see them play in Detroit this year and had a perfect view for the AD superman strip sack and Suh almost-recovery.

Anyway, I've rarely met Rams fans being from the East coast and only a couple are as devoted as I am. Horns up! I can't believe we're going to the Superbowl!!!

There used to be a time when people would pity me for being a Rams fan. Not anymore!!!
