I could care less personally. But I think Verse has it locked up. The dude is a beast, he just needs seasoning and that feel for when not to give up that edge.

I think Verse needs a few more sacks to boost his chances. But agree, Rams fans who watch him every game see the beast in him.

Fiske was 33-1 here in the UK (that's +3300 for you guys) a couple of weeks ago. His odds have tumbled recently.

Did you lump on when he was double carpet?

Verse number one. Fiske number three. Kinchens a two time defensive player of the week. Limmer a viable starting center. Then you have rotational guys like Corum, Whittington, Davis. I'd say this draft mighta been their best one yet.

Translation please? Asking for a friend who only speaks English. :laugh2:
double carpet is 33/1

somehow 3/1 is carpet

in the UK they somehow figured 3 rhymes with carpet lol

kind of like "have a butchers" means "take a look"

because butchers hook rhymes with take a look

ya got me by the short and curlys..none of it makes sense

Revisiting this thread after looking at the playoff calculator…

Rams are truly in the drivers seat.

Rams can lose to Buffalo, no biggie.

Rams then need to beat the Jets and sweep the remaining 3 division games.

If so we win the division at 10-7. It’s that simple.

Seattle would need to lose one other game (packers, bears, Vikings or Arizona) which I expect. That would leave them at 10-7 with a loss also against us. We would win the head to head tie breaker.

Arizona would only need to lose against us and we win the tie breaker based on division wins. Arizona would have losses vs Seattle and Rams. Rams would only have a loss vs Arizona.

If we win at Zona and cover our home games vs Jets, Niners and Seattle, we are playoff bound.

In this scenario, this weeks Buffalo game and the Seattle vs Zona game are irrelevant.

McVay teams generally are a tough out in December. And the OL is showing signs of coming around, but we have another legit contender game ahead vs Buffalo which means a likely loss. Then that last four I'd say 2-2 is more realistic than 4-0, simply because so many of our players are so maddeningly inconsistent.

I would like to see McVay scrape out a winning season here. That would be nice for his record. But I don't see us making up 2 games vs Seattle at this point in the season (I say 2 games because we have a very likely loss vs Buffalo). Way I see it the question is do we finish 8-9 or 9-8. And we will probably miss the playoffs.

Guessing we'll be picking around 17, give or take a couple spots. Would be nice to crack the top 15, but with McVay running this team it is unlikely.
