Am I the only Rams Fan that thinks the Rams can AND will WIN the NFC West this upcoming season? Of course that is assuming Matt Stafford (AND, The OL!) stays Healthy! I do think the Rams will be much better than people think/expect!!!

That all depends on how quickly everyone becomes assimilated into properly playing Leprechaun ball. If Sean can get these young kids to buy into and perform his brand of football, a playoff run, even a premature SB run is possible.

I Just re-watched "3rd and Kupp" on Youtube. Rams down 7-17. They rip the souls out of the Whiners and their obnoxious fans with that unbelievable comeback win 20-17. I was there, in person, and it looked bleak. When they went down 7-17 in the third quarter, I got a text from a best friend saying, "sorry, it's over". But, I still believed. The Rams still believed. I'm making a mental note of this post in case the Rams, somehow, defy all odds and win 10 to 12 games this year and make it into the playoffs. We believed. In May 2023, before one game was played. How about that crazy weight lifting rookie punter? I know, he's a punter, but, that dude is going above and beyond to be the best he can be. These guys are all in. This is a proud franchise. They are reloading the roster, will be competitive and could be the dark horse out of the west. Stranger things have happened. That's what so great about this game. All 32 teams have a chance at this moment. Here's hoping the Rams reload can deliver some early surprising rewards.

If we get injury luck on our side this season no reason we won't be competing for it. The first half of the season will be hit and miss I think as all of the youth settles into their roles and the team gels so depending on how that goes we might miss out on division champ due to that transition. But once they work out the kinks they will compete for the division and eventually Super Bowl with the QBs the NFC has.

Would love to see it happen, but this is a rebuilding team. A wild card berth would be a hell of a job by McVay and team. I think the Rams have their sights on 2024. As Snead said at the league meetings, "this is the boring Rams this year". Of course, any team can catch fire. Lets hope.

I think the Offense will return to form with better OLine play. Defensively whether they can get to the QB will determine our overall success I think. If Brown develops like I think he will then he may command a double team to keep him from collapsing the pocket which will free up Donald.

Feeling confident about it is one thing I can't do. Hoping we do so is what all of us want, myself included. Gonna be a tough year for us. Just gonna watch with no expectations to be honest.

Every year there's at least one team with a ton of youth and inexperience who manage to play good enough ball for a playoff spot.... and usually those teams have proven commodities at QB and HC and a stable, well organized FO "that's been there before".

We need a little luck at the right times and right places, but every playoff team needs the same luck....

I think the Rams are going to have a good season, all things considered.

Why not? McVay took over a 4-12 team and transformed them overnight into an 11-5 team, so sure its possible. However, this will take one helluva of a coaching job by ALL the new coaches and we absolutely NEED good health on our side to do this. With a healthy and improved o-line (Avila) and Stafford and Kupp back to performing greatness this would allow our young defense to get more creative. I'm done with feeling negative about this transition and only positive thoughts going forward. I am originally from Washington state and a whole lot of my friends and family are obviously Seahawk fans and they were completely down in the dumps before last year started and look what happened. Aside from Ramsey we didn't lose a damn thing from last year's defense, the only people who thought the players we lost were actually any good were US. I don't need to see Floyd completely baffled by RPOs on the edge and every single time making the wrong play. Did ANY of our losses sign real multi-year deals (except for Scott) that would indicate a reward for stellar play? NO!

Without a good defense, I do not think it’s possible. I see visions of the Niners and Seahawks pass catchers having big games against the Rams secondary. There will be too many young and inexperienced players contributing to the defense.

The Rams offense does needs another receiving weapon in my opinion. Nacua could become that if he stays healthy, but rookie receivers often take time to adjust to the league.

I’m looking for the Rams to be competitive coming out of the gate this season. I’m also looking for a year of deep assessment and discovery resulting in improved play in area of weakness last year (run game, edge rush, pass protection, better distribution of the ball on offense, press coverage).

Well, the niners and Seahawks could both get the injury bug like we did last year. Geno could revert to his previous level of play. Niners could still be searching for a QB all season.

I’m not going to expect a miracle year with all the changes but, if it happens that would be spectacular.

I mean this in the nicest way, but may I ask you to please pass along what you are smoking? I'm relatively positive, but I could really use some of the good stuff you are hitting.

Never say never! We will definitely have the chance to sneak up on the league. The press is always late with getting on our bandwagon even when we are doing well. This season could go in any direction. We just need to be ready to ride the wave when it comes. BELIEVE!
