Rams Updated Draft Picks?

Be patient, we've still got 31\2 weeks until the draft. We still may pick up a player or two in free agency.

For me, this will be one of the more interesting drafts that the Rams have ever had.

I understand the trades and that successful NFL players are more valuable than draft picks that can fail. I have no complaints there.

What is going to be interesting is what they do with the picks they have. Who do they target and who will pan out to be a real contributor.

Not having any picks until round three will help the salary cap a little too. I wonder if that was factored into the whole equation.

So that means we traded #23 overall and #196 overall and got Cooks and #136 overall.

If I identified a player i believed could play meaningful snaps and apply pressure on the edge as a rookie, I go up to the 2nd to get him.

EDGE rusher with at least 3 of them my god. Ebokam was solid for a rookie last year but expecting him and Longacre to consistently produce from the edge?? Uhhhhhh...

I believe that's right. first-pick.com has it exactly like that already which is shocking. They usually are behind by a week but they are updated already.

Appears the Rams draft team will be arriving very late Friday evening but they will sure be busy on Saturday afternoon. Rams do need LB'er inside & outside & we should have the ability to secure what we need for the future in this defense.

The way the Rams have been wheeling and dealing , I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't work their way back into round 2 anyways
