Have to watch him play more, but the amount of starts at LT is a plus, however, quite sure in the playoff game Verse owned him.
RT Brian O'Neil went-down early in the fourth quarter; and Quessenberry replaced him.
I actually re-watched the 4th quarter last night (from O'Neil's injury on). Verse and Young both went-up against Quessenberry, and each had a pressure with a power-rush.

In the regular season match-up against the Vikings, Quessenberry went in at LT when Darrisaw was injured.
I also pulled-up the Byron Young sack / game-clinching safety / Non-Face-mask call at the end of that game. Young came off the left-side of the Vikings' O-Line, and I thought he might have beaten Quessenberry.

He did not. Young and Fiske ran a stunt, with Fiske going outside against Quessenberry who blocked him. Meanwhile, Young destroyed the RG for the sack/safety.

Thanks for that saves me from rewatching.

I believe Leveston's injury (ankle) occurred in a scrimmage (Chargers) a week before the Rams' 1st pre-season game.
That sounds about right.
As long as we have a potential developmental guy in Levenson and Wedig, (and maybe McClendon) and a guy with experience in Quessenberry.
Though Levenson's size sounds more like a guard at 6'4/336.
Sounds like we're ready for camp. :)

I dunno about you guys but I feel much, much better after this signing. Finding a vet swing tackle to back up both AJax & Havs is hyuuuuge for this year's playoff push.

Reactions: HE WITH HORNS

Article underscores Quessenberry's versatility, plus he was a fan favorite and many had good things to say. Kudos to @Allen2McVay for watching the games against the Vikings in the regular and post season and giving us the skinny on Quessenberry. IMO, considering that both Arcuri & McClendon both struggled last year at LT and RT and the fact Quessenberry has experience playing both positions, hard not to see this as an upgrade. And being from San Diego plus a San Jose St., alum, David is back in the Golden State.
