youtube and x links will auto embed just by pasting them. Flat images will too but if they're too big they get rejected.

To insert an image use the Insert Image icon next to the smiley face. Gotta click on "By URL" tab then put the link in there.
 
I felt good about this game all week. I mean other than being bummed that I wouldn't be in SoFi watching another playoff game.... but I had a feeling that this team was ready to smack the Vikings around....and fortunately we did.

I must say..... 2nd youngest defense in the NFL ....the year after losing one of the greatest defensive players ever......and we get 9 sacks and hold a 14 win team to 9 points after a week of turmoil related to the fires. I must say that's a testament to the quality of this organization up and down.

Likely too big, the max attachment size isn't very large since attachments are stored and paid for by ROD. Cut and paste video files from the internet are not stored on ROD so they are free. Not sure if that helps but as an example I had to decrease my photos by almost 90% to bring them within the allotted attachment size. You can try to use the attach files tab like O.S said but if it gives you a file too large warning you wont be able to add it.
I am unsure if @CGI_Ram knows of a workaround other than hosting the file outside of ROD

We’ve never hosted videos. These guys are right, you can upload them to YouTube then link to here. They play nicely linked into ROD, just they must be stored elsewhere.

For photos there are compressor sites and apps to get the file size down. Phones these days can capture data heavy resolution. We had to cut back the size we allowed to be uploaded due to server space. We had to upsize the server 2x in 2024.
