The good news is the rumor is 4 teams were interested in him. That doesn't mean we offered him the most money, there's the Kromer connection. But I hope we offered him enough to turn Buffalo off.

They could, but seems a bit unlikely if our offer is decent. Buffalo is already carrying 3 Centers & Wood, their starter, has a pricy $7.5mil. CAP hit. Making the contract offer for 2 years makes it even more difficult for them to match. jmo.
