The CB split the two OLs, and Tutu ran flat into him. If Tutu had cut behind Avila to the inside, he would have picked up the first down. It's about reading your blocks and seeing the angles.

We were running the ball well in the second quarter too. Stafford simply made some dumb, uncharacteristic mistakes.

It's not just Stafford. This team will play well for a quarter or a half, but how many times this year have they played well for a full game?
