The defense is so freaking bad.

McVay is an offensive guy. Everyone knows that. But him game-planning for upcoming drives over on the bench and not watching while his defense gets absolutely shredded is not a good look. You can get away with it when you win, but when the defense gets humiliated drive after drive, you gotta find another way.

Seems like our offensive rhythm is out of whack. Three straights runs one drive, three straight passes another. No variety, no using mismatches. Like we're forcing things instead of finding a flow.

I assume he didn't think he needed to have Wade Phillips as DC but Wade isn't getting it done so far
 
At this point maybe just don’t put a guy back there and try to block every punt.
 
I think we should make the punt return's pads out of memory foam.
