Yeah we have to jump on them early. They’ve actually been one of the worst 1Q teams in football this year. I know we’ve had our 1Q struggles too, but hopefully last week was a sign that things are changing.

I’d actually prefer to go with the Fangio front. 6 Dlinemen on 1st and 2nd downs.

Hoecht, V8, Brown, Gallimore, Turner, and Agent 0. Omar at MLB with a secondary of AK and Cobie with Kinchens/Curl and Lake. Kinchens or Curl sits single high.

The only concern is that he is their D coordinator now. He probably has a workaround. Can Hurts think quickly and execute out of it? I dunno.

It’s not a terrible idea. Extra beef up front and force the ball quickly out of Hurts’ hands. He has the second slowest throw rate at just over 3s in the pocket.
6-2 Stack Monster!

Let's Go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Key will be to keep it close. The Eagles at times tend to keep games closer than they should. Just look at last week. They got 4 turnovers and were only up 6 early in the 4th quarter.

So keep it close and hope you get a break that allows Stafford to steal their soul late.
Yeah, if you're the opposing team you do not want the ball in Stafford's hands late in the game needing a touchdown to win. Him and Mahomes are the best in that situation.

Officiating nugget: Referee Shawn Smith threw only three flags for roughing the passer in the regular season, tied for the second fewest. His crew was also relatively light on offensive holding, throwing the sixth fewest flags (33) in the league. The Eagles drew only 14 offensive holding flags from their opponents, tied for third fewest. -- Seifert
Betting nugget: The Rams are 4-1 ATS (3-2 straight up) in road playoff games under coach Sean McVay (since 2018). Los Angeles has averaged 25.4 points per game in those contests. Read more. -- ESPN Research

The only thing I don't like is that since the Eagles played sub par last week on offense, they have been getting a lot of criticism, especially Hurts, here locally. So they tend to bounce back in these situations. I actually wish they would have played better last week and were fat & happy about their performance.

It didn't seem to help the Vikings. The Eagles are what they are. They want to run the ball and play D. They can do more but you have to make them step outside their preferred formula. That is what the Rams have got to do. It is either that or beat them at their own game which is next to impossible.

I'll be a huge Commodes fan tomorrow. Man, if we both win and we HOST the Commodes next week, the SB is very real possibility.
