Los Angeles Rams vs Dallas Cowboys: 1:05 p.m. ET, Fox

Game Day Thread

The GDT is a live thread tradition here at ROD.

While we all get fired up watching the game, please remember our core principles;we always show respect for our team and each other.

Despite the emotional highs and lows watching a game, we will moderate this thread with that in mind, however please refrain from name calling. This applies to players, the Rams organization, and others.

This is the core rule of the GDT. Moderators are tasked to issue thread bans, at a minimum, to maintain this standard.

This is our team. Win or lose. Good days and bad. We are here for FUN, not to be dragged down.

A more loosely moderated atmosphere can be found in the chat room.

Go Rams!

The Game Day Trailer is a good one. Worth a watch.

I’d also check out JB Long’s Game Preview. He always has interesting stats to discuss. Another good piece.

He makes a case we are statistically a well deserved playoff team and also makes good points on an open path to the playoffs.

If Stafford is on and the O Line can give him time we win, do it not, we lose.

If Stafford is on and the O Line can give him time we win, do it not, we lose.
That is about as simple as one can put it. If the line can protect Stafford expect a good game. If not, expect frustration.

We're more than capable of beating the Gurls. Just depends on if we show up or not.

For the love of god don't run an empty set on first or second down while we're on our side of the field. Run the ball down their throats and get Higbee involved in the passing game. Screens to Henderson would be nice too.

On defense play Lamb tight with safety help over the top. Don't give up big chunk plays to Pollard out of the backfield.

RT Hav is out. Dallas D-line is going to be a handful today.
Fixed that for you. With or without Hav they're going to feast. His absence just makes it all but guaranteed. And with Noteboom sliding into RT, expect him to leave the game with another injury. :not:

Yeah…. With Rob out things just got a lot tougher

Hoping for the best but don't like this match up........at all. Strong D and a + turnover margin feel like they are the key to us staying in this game

Actually think Noteboom is a better matchup for Parsons if they choose to bring him off that side.
