Dude posted a picture of them too and Demoff was flying coach. I'd thought he would be in 1st class? Anyway, I like what he had to say:

Just boarded a plane from Atlanta to L.A and Kevin Demoff is on my flight! So Here's the scoop, I spoke with Kevin for about 30 minutes one on one, and here's what I took away from our conversation. Not to worry about AD, he will be taken care of, Cooks will be signed long term as well, the newly acquired one year contracts from free agency will also be aggressive in keeping them over several year extensions. Whitworth loves being a Ram and has no current intentions of retiring anytime soon. Dez Bryant wanted to be a Ram but the Rams said, thanks but no thanks. OBJ was never in the conversation. The team is looking to keep the practice and training facilities in the Thousand Oaks area even after the new stadium is built. The area is well liked by the players, coaches and office personnel. The new uniforms will have no more St. Louis Gold at all, rather a combination of the Canary yellow, Royal Blue and white. Not sure of the design as of yet, NFL is working with Nike to hopefully have them out by 2019 season, but probably looking at 2020 season release. Kevin was a very down to earth guy, really emphasized the team is pushed to build a hi caliber team for the city and fans. The team really took note of the huge Rams crowd at the Falcons playoff game and wants to make it like that at all the home games. He feels our team is positioned to be a serious contender for at least the next five years. He's very excited about the future of the L.A. Rams! If I can remember anything else I will let you know. Go Rams!

St Louis earned the gold by winning a Super Bowl. The original gold was bright and no matter what yall say, the 2000 uniforms were the best in the league... till the whole "lets go Brown-gold and totally suck while still in STL".

Wow. A few surprising things:

Demoff flying coach? Huh?

In general— sharing all of this? I’m glad he was open and approachable and all that. But isn’t his job to be more discreet? Loose lips sinking ships and all.

Confirming that canary yellow will be part of the new uni? Again, super glad to hear this, just seems weird that he’d tell a guy on a plane something they’ve been tight-lipped about for months and months.

And “OBJ was “never in the conversation”? Meaning, Demoff never talked bout it? Or that the Rams were never interested? I mean, Rams want to make sure ppl still believe their smokescreens:..

Glad for all the info, glad to hear everything that he said. But for some stuff, I’m surprised he wasn’t more evasive or non-committal... seems like it should be part of his job to give “non-answers” to many of these questions.

I’m envious, wish I could have been there! Tx for the report.

He didn't share anything that can hurt us. Telling people our goals in re-signing players doesn't make a bit of difference. Other teams can't do anything with that info. We already traded for Cooks, so the OBJ and Dez ships have sailed. That info can't be used against us.

I hear ya. In general, I just have more faith in McVay and Snead than in Kevin Demoff. (And frankly, I think Kevin’s Dad, Marvin, is savvier than his son).

Will breathe a sigh of relief when AD and Cooks sign their deals.

I believe the guy, whoever it is. According to the guy:
1. They want to re-sign guys, with AD at the top of the list...which Snead has confidently said there was room in the budget to do AD's deal, said elsewhere.
2. You could tell that the monsterous uniforms with white and blue helmets that didn't match the gold striped white and blue unis. They had the least amount of gold possible, probably because they couldn't get rid of it all the way per league rule. The fan said Demoff didn't know what the unis would loom like, exactly...I think fans would be upset without the canary yellow and blue.
3. Saying that OBJ was never considered after acquiring Cooks isn't surprising. It's like on draft day getting a guy after fan favorite/media favorite predicted someone else being chosen by the Rams is chosen by a previous team: "We got the guy we wanted all along," GM's always say.

As for flying First Class, the above picture is not in First Class. It looks like business class with leather seats, and it's a recent picture as far as I can tell. I have only been able to do a cheap upgrade to first class once in my life, and I can tell you that he is a friggin idiot for not flying FIRST CLASS!:rockon:

Well, we have the money and Donald is still holding out from voluntary work outs...and, he probably cost us a 1st round bye last year because of his hold out and learning game back where he was not that effective. and..his lack of ping pong skill interrupted team cohesiveness in the last year of Fisher...and he selfishly wants too much money for a contract, even if he's a future HOFer, the selfish bastid!

Demoff has played things straight up !! You give him crap , but he let’s the leaders lead !!

Do you think things have been easy for Demoff ?? He looks so chill & in great spirits now a days !! The move , the Fisher thing with Dickerson. He has stayed true & has been involved every step of the way . If you were to ask McVay about him he probably would say he is the BEST & Love that guy !!

Demoff was the one who brought McVay to LA !! He also made sure Wade was a packaged deal to help mentor & support McVay !!

He also kept true to Snead who had another year on his contract from the extension. He held him accountable, but believed in Snead all the way.

In the preseason he was in the booth for a quarter. He knows the whole vibe of The Rams !! You think he is not involved in these trades or contracts ?? He is making sure the dollars work.

Maybe he is not Virally in tuned , but he is certainly Fan Friendly !! I believe he even came here to do a interview with Ram fans !!

This Aaron Donald thing Les has already addressed , plus B. Cooks as well. That was already addressed at Cooks press conference, & he wants to be a Ram in the West Coast !!

With ObM it was just rumors. When it first started it made sense , until The Giants wanted 2 first rd picks & his coke video came out as well. Made no sense !!
With Dez he knows The Rams Organization
From Oxnard days when he lost his earring.He is a fit & would be in the NFC !! The thing is he does not have the speed & Cooks was already a Ram !! Things might have been different if Jerry released him sooner !!

didn't really spill much , everything he said there was pretty vague and already been pretty much public knowledge for a while now
