It's an awesome day for me, the cancer hasn't beat me yet and my boy, the QB everyone was laughing at a year ago is in the Pro Bowl just 5 months after he again was predicted to win 3 or 4 games in the season. And there he is, one of six qbs out of no less than 64 in the league picked to represent the NFL. I am so proud of our team, every last player and coach.

Yeah he was

Brees had all day to throw.. also had TG all alone a few times but threw into double coverage
 
Now on to the NHL all star game

It was pouring rain. Didn’t look bad or good really. Made a few decent throws. Was wearing a glove which I’ve never seen him do before. Guessing that was due to the rain. Had to deal with a ton of pressure of the edges.

Not cool. Don’t like that he was sacked twice in a meaningless game. At least he wasn’t injured I assume.

Goff to Wilson during warm ups

It was just adding insult to injury that Goff fumbled on the last play. And it figures he had the most pressure of any QB.

That last possession the defense was playin hard, dudes wanted to get paid lol.

But whatever. Protection sucked for him, and it kinda irked me more the way he went to the RB 3x times on that last possession before the strip sack. Fact is he's still a kid, which is why I keep saying build the MFing defense. He's not yet in that power curve where he can carry a team; it's coming, IMO, but maybe not next year. So make sure we have a defense layin the wood for 16 games and go from there.
