I'm square as hell and the military kept me drug free for a lot of years...Well, except for caffiene and 3.2 beer. I had a lost year when I was a sophomore in HS smoking 70's pot with a friendly acquaintance and I did one line of coke which I regretted because I was worried about failing a drug test. The one drug I wished I had tried as a kid was LSD, but i feared getting bad drugs from a dealers and I also feared losing control while having a bad trip. I understand that you have to relaxed environment before using it and having several hours in seclusion. That will probably never happen because it would freak my wife out. Joe Rogan is a huge DMT proponent and a buddy I work with is really into a type of pot called "blue cheese." I guess I'm still a square and probably will never use anything except Rye Whiskey and Guiness, so who am I foolin'? lol...Any, how about a poll?

Also, I always wanted to try coke. Glad I didn't because who knows where I would be now. But I loved to speed. I assume it would have been a blast.

I've done all but freebase coke with Pryor, haha. LSD can be a really great or REALLY harrowing experience TBH. I prefer shrooms as a hallucination. Haven't done them in 25 or so years....I am sure things have changed greatly with most of this stuff.....I know the weed has.

Lord knows I tried a lot of different drugs in my day. But after my recent hernia surgery it became apparent that its a good thing I never found any ketamine or dilauded back in the day. I enjoyed my ride home from the hospital waaaay too much. I enjoyed feeling nothing but my heart beat and didnt have a care in the world.

Well... I don't like to live with regrets for the things I never tried.. so I got as much in as I could before I had to be a responsible family man.

I would like to go to Peru and try ahuyuaska. Maybe DMT but replace Joe Rogan with his occasional guest and my personal favorite podcaster, Dan Carlin.

I tried a little but of everything at least once in high school. Hard to say. One thing I didn't like was the LSD a friend gave me. Told me it was just the right amount for one person. Turned out to be a 4 way hit or window pane. He thought it was funny. I saw some crazy shit that night. I did have the presence of mind to go home and lay down till it wore off. If I opened my eyes I would see some serious hallucinations. So I covered my head with the pillow and heard a bunch of stuff all night. I felt so relieved when my father got up for work the next morning. It was like when I was 5 years old and felt safe with my father near by.

I smoked dirt weed in college. It’s all we could get. Stems and leaves. I wish I had a shot at the good stuff back then.

I wish I had tried Shrooms back then too. I’ve read a lot about how it helps tap into creativity by strengthening connections to areas of the brain.


Present day I have no desire. I have kids and prefer when the time comes that they approach it reluctantly like I did.

I will try edibles if they ever are legal in Kansas (fat chance, lol). My medical condition and the reaction to legal drugs that I have to take makes it hard to keep food down. Nausea is a son of a bitch for me..... I would have to make sure that I had just a littgle bit. I mean, I m not an edibles heavyweight like Rhody! @RhodyRams

I am not a heavyweight by any means...The lady who supplies me makes them very strong and I only take about a quarter sized piece

Honestly I think I’d do DMT now if I ever had a chance and that’s saying something having only smoked weed a few times before.
