Too soon...way too soon IMO...Hell, I couldn't vote for any of the choices...

I'm looking at these young hotshot offensive minds too....
 
Most likely going to be two years and if the Rams are not in post season by then come 2019 there will be a new sheriff in town.

I would wait two more weeks before I started the search for the new coach and then give that coach the rest of the year to install his system. I don't want Fisher to waste another year of our players lives.
 
According to how the Rams work, he'll be coaching us into our 17th 7-9 season!

(shhh...don't tell... but.. I am too...)

I am ready for a winner though... if next year's results are average or below, I'll be done with him.

My only issue with Fisher is the now typical mediocrity of a Fisher season.

He's flawed. They all are. He is the Ron Swanson of football coaches.

I still think it might all come together for him next year... and I prefer to take that chance over a regime change.
Williams, Fassel, Waufle, Cecil... these are damn good coaches.
Boras, Groh and Weinke seem to keep steadily improving, especially in the passing game, our WRs have looked like a legit nfl recievers group. It's been a while...
Not sure what to make of Skip Peete yet... but he hasn't helped Gurley improve from what I've seen.

I'm expecting another record at or below 8-8 and no playoffs. I would then vote 0 years. I'm off the Jeff Fisher bandwagon. I would like to see the Rams be a winning team because they are better than a .500 or below record.

I already feel like he is getting an extension after every loss now. He should already be on the replacement list.
