We all all watching the classic unraveling of a sports regime. This team has certainly been through a lot with the move, travel, PR and I am sure by now, everyone is just spent. Fisher continues to say the players are excited, but I have to believe many proud team leaders and hard core vets are getting very edgy these days. I be curious to watch players reactions over the next couple of weeks if the losing continues. Do they continue to support or do they revolt? Do those heading into free agency stay or leave? Change of scenery has done wonders for JJ.

Depends on the player.
Brokers already resigned.
Some will want to pursue a chance to win, some money and others will want to stay where they are.
Johnson and McDonald are the only UFA I would be worried about losing.
 
Imagine if we lose Johnson and McDonald and we might the backend of our defense is going to be very sad.

Couldn't agree more.If the losing streak continues,the hinges will come undone.
 
I think more than anything the guys may try TOO hard and attempt to do too much in order to try and compensate. Some of the drops can possibly be attributed to this. Trying to make the big play instead of the more sound play. Same thing with the shoulder / big hit tackles instead of wrapping up.

Its on the coaches to get the guys focused on the fundamentals and letting them know that ONE big play isn't going to win the war.

For all the crap we give Fisher I think his players actually do like him and play hard for him. I don't see them mailing in their performances. Their execution is highly inconsistent and downright sucks at times, but I rarely see a lack of effort. Frustration has to be setting in with the players. You may see emotions boil over the next 4 games, but players play hard for Fisher and there hasn't been much player drama under his watch.

Agree. I don't see any scenario where they revolt against the coach.
Now, the defense revolting against the offense - in the locker room - that's a distinct possibility.

Not buying in the the OPs premise for one second.

There is no doubt and never has been about where Fisher stand with his players, he is the consummate players coach and his guys will continue to give max effort. There hasn't been anyone quitting and it won't start in these last 4 games. They get 3 at home and one in Seattle on Thursday night, I see Goff continuing to progress and the Rams having a better than even shot at winning all 4.

I don't know if it was last year or two years ago Janoris did some minor complaining about the offense. It's been 5 years of pretty solid defense and bad offense. The fact you haven't seen a lot of barking yet by defensive players speaks volumes.

I think the unraveling has already started with the front office. Someone's gonna be fired this offseason.

But Fish also has that additional concern with the players mailing it in. I do think he has their loyalty right now, but they know it's futile and this game vs Atlanta is going to be an immense challenge for them. They have a lot of guys who aren't gonna quit (AD, Ogletree, Joyner for example), but they also have some who are that type who might.

I think the OP might be correct overall. Offensively the players may have had enough here real soon, since I am sure they feel like they're going in with a BS plan for each matchup. Gurley has looked irritated all season. Goff being in there gives them some hope, but I suspect we're going to hear more and more grumblings as players talk to media types offline and that snowball starts rollin.

Good chance this is the beginning of the end, particularly if they get embarrassed by Atlanta at home which is a distinct possibility. Because the fans are something the team is very concerned with. And even worse they're probably gonna lose in Seattle this time around too, given how well the Shehawks are playing. It's gonna get worse IMO.

Only when he is talking about his (the Offense) performance during pressers, but apparently not when posing for a picture with Popeye's chicken. So he is not depressed 24hrs a day, which is a good thing, but I don't see him smiling like that when he's talking about the running game this year like he did last year.

No.He was happy in the presser too.I was looking at it completely wrong.
