Way to go Jacobarch, keep those aspirations in check! :help:

We don't need anyone OD'ing on the Kool-aid:puke:

Sorry but I have to do this....

Spags had a really good preseason team as well...

he went on to go 1-15 in the regular season.
Yes it is just the preseason. I even remember Ryan Leaf looked good in his first preseason. Then In the regular season he sucked. But if Goff looked bad, we all would have jumped off a bridge. So just let us enjoy.

I'll enjoy when we put together a winning season when it matters. Too many times I've been reminded how bad this team is when the time comes.

PFF has nothing to do with record. They analyze a player play by play and give grades on individual performance. Preseason or not, Goff performed better than any other QB according to them.

Not one player picked up in Spags whole tenure as HC could hold McVay's very first acquisition, in Andrew Whitworths jock strap.

I can certainly understand the caution (I'm still there) but this offense sounds to be light years ahead of Fisher's (not that that's saying much )

I've said it so many times, I'm sure the board is sick of it but... just average (PPG) on offense... that's all I ask.

Then? Watch out!

It wasn't our starters who performed well in the preseason under Spags.

And I believe prior to their infamous 0-16 regular season, the Lions went 4-0 in the preseason.

Still, I liked what I saw from Goff. I'm still not satisfied with how Gurley is running, though.
