Since he's coaches guy and one of the few with inside info i think this warrants a post. Some like him some don't, i do and honestly him and Jamie Erdahl were the only two reasons I watched the show when I actually did. I'll follow his next endeavor.

He's a big Rams... or more like a big McVay.... homer so of course I like him. He's one of the few guys I think McVay actually talks to and leaks real info to help him out. So he's always worth paying attention to as Rams fans. I wish he wasn't going to ESPN but will still follow him due to the aforementioned reasons.
