I'm starting tomorrow, turned 60 today. Will report in 8/17.

I'm down. I'm 175 lbs but I'm getting that dad bod. All I eat is fast food and it's awful.

A few years ago I lost 60# and was in great shape well I've gained back 30 and the pants are tight and the T-Shirts are tight so I'm in. Not looking to win but to have some support would be great. At least I will know at around 10:00 PM munchies time I won't be alone in my hunger. I will weigh in this weekend I stood on my scale and surprise!!!! my batteries have worn out. :whistle:

you don't have to go hungry. if you're gonna have bedtime munchies just make sure you stay away from the high sugars and carbs (carbs are simply sugar) and try to get some protein and healthy fats to snack on. some turkey jerky, healthy yogurt, oatmeal, an apple with peanut butter, almonds etc. there's no reason anybody has to starve themselves to lose weight.
 
Let's do this fellas. I've been slowly trying to turn my life around and I'm ready to get serious. This would be a great added kick in the ass.

The 17th also coincides with my 30th birthday. Sounds like destiny to me!

I have this discussion with people all the time. Then they go and eat a salad that has essentially zero nutritional value.

It drives me crazy, you gotta put fuel in the tank people.

And I partied like tomorrow's never gonna come. Went to a little restaurant in Lake Lure, NC - on the water - and had this burger called the "epic burger". It was a 1/2 lb burger with pulled pork, roast beef, cheddar cheese, bacon, and onion rings. And I just got back from Sonic 10 minutes ago where I got a peanut butter/snickers master blast (large).

Sandbaggin' it for the scale tomorrow, buddy. lol.
