It's 4:30 in LA right now..You'd think they would have had their meeting by now. Not sure when it would have taken place.

Was hoping to here something by now, but when we made cuts/traded with Miami it was about 11 or 12 on the East Coast so it could come anytime.

Nice to have confirmation. I don't think he's leaving.

As for a contract, Marcus Cooper just signed with the Bears today on a 3 year, 16 million dollar contract with 8 million guaranteed.

I can't imagine Webster getting a bigger contract than that, but I can't see him going much lower either. I think that will be the ball park for this deal. Maybe he takes a bit less than expected to be with Wade, or maybe his market is really good and he can drive it up, but I think Cooper's contract is a decent spot to estimate from.

I would guess that maybe he has had his eye on a number that someone with more clout had in Denver 21, 25, or 29 maybe and not that Aaron Green is going to force him into a number change.

Not that I have overthought this.

Can't wait to see who our center will be. Lots goin down right now. Elway didn't tweet it. It was just a fan. Wade did retweet because we're trying to sign Webster. But I don't think anything has happened as of yet.

looks like webster s a done deal. barwin would be nice.

And now Wade Phillips is probably in part , why he might be coming to LA ,

I think that's a bit misleading. Webster lost PT after his rookie year when the Broncos replaced DRC and Champ Bailey with Aqib Talib and Bradley Roby. Webster got a lot of PT as a rookie because Champ Bailey was the #3 CB and suffered an injury. After bringing in Talib and Roby, his PT dropped because Talib, Chris Harris, and Roby stayed relatively healthy.

I don't know what Webster offers us, but I don't think him losing PT is because of Wade.

Wade didn't bring in Talib or Roby. He just used them when he got there. He wasn't the reason Webster lost playing time.

If he was, Webster wouldn't even visit.
