How come I never see chicks like these walking around my rural PA hometown? In fact I don't ever recall seeing any girls that look like this anywhere in PA

You need to come out to CA for Rams training camp. Guaranteed to see lots of chicks like this, take the Mrs. to Catalina, you know as something for her, and wear your darkest sunglasses.
