This right here is some funny stuff. I would like to know if only Bears fans were allowed to vote. No way Mack is DPoY over Donald. No freaking way!

 
It’s a “sexy” pick because of the story lines. Goes to Chicago (shocked the hell out of everyone), signs a monster contract, becomes a huge piece of a stout defense.

Maybe that overshadows Donald’s MVP type of performance to fair weather fans. But to those who know the game of football, Donald should be the clear cut winner.

Donald knows he's the best. Everyone knows he's the best. Kinda irks me that he didn't get it but it'll be that much sweeter when we beat him and Donald gets 3-5 sacks in the game :)

RIDICULOUS!!! Not that the Rams need any but maybe this will add just a little fuel to the Fire (And, Give AD just a little more incentive to prove who the best Defensive Player is in the NFL!) IF the Rams get a rematch with the Bears?!!!

I really wish all the awards could be handed out now and that Donald would get snubbed of every award and not even mentioned for his season or anything.

Go on. Doubt the Donald.

Have teams double and even triple teamed Mack?
He is a very good player and a quality linebacker but has nowhere near the presence of AD.
If you were making a defense from scratch, just for fun, Donald would be your first pick.
If anyone wants to put up that argument, then good luck.

It's more like getting a Peoples Choice award (do they still even have that?) with massive ballot stuffing from the Chicago area. You first have to even know that Fox was having fans voting for it. Its worth the price of whatever trophy they award for it.
 
Mack is a great player, but clearly people have voted without seeing BOTH of these players to make an informed vote.

It's the misinformation age and this outcome doesn't surprise me.
 
I want to see AD hoisting that Super Bowl hardware. F any and all people's awards.
 
Funny that I never even saw you could vote for this "award". I wonder if they even publicized it to the west coast markets. Either way, this is like awarding the presidency via a poll. I think we all saw how that worked.
