I realize that our Ram Bruddas across the pond would prefer us to play our remaining out of country games over there in London...

But... playing in a time zone that is shared in our own country will be much less taxing on the players.

So I say it's a small victory until our palace opens.

Yep, we're disappointed but this was on the cards since last October and I can't say I blame them. Hopefully we come back to London as a Road Team in the future :-)

If the schedule makers are nice we'll get denver the week before or vice versa. We will already be acclimated to the elevation.

Now THAT would be a sensible schedule!

Has his back surgery been deemed successful? Backs can be tricky.
No word yet, though they said it was a 12 week recovery putting him to about the end of March for recovery.

its an insane home field advantage.
Denver has not had back to back losing seasons in like 20 years or something.....that home field has a lot to do with it. A slightly below average team will go 6-2 at home in Denver.

I'm a big soccer fan and it is a huge topic every time any team has to travel to Mexico City for a game. I believe they've only lost 2 home games in the last 40 plus years. Usually the US team will land a week early to acclimate.

Always surprised the NFL media never makes it a bigger topic of discussion when analyzing games in Denver.

Plus, our guys will have the whole bye week to get rid of Montezumas Revenge. (y)

Vincent Bosignore tweeted earlier this month that the surgery was a success and he should be fine by OTAs. Fingers crossed for no setbacks.

Edit: here is the tweet.

Wow....They better get acclimated if possible to the elevation:
Denver: 5,280 ft
Mexico City: 7,382 ft.

SUMBICH!

The highest point near Vail, CO is 11,200 above sea level. Interstate 70 runs through there. It feels dead up there man. I couldn't imagine playing football at 7,300 feet.
