Lake was on the PUP not IR. Pretty sure the IR rules only apply to IR (that *sounds* like in getting to be an asshole, but I'm not) but I could be wrong.
Yeah I'm not entirely sure either.

And they learned nothing from the Todd Gurley debacle.
Todd Gurley and Brian Allen play completely different positions.

I think a knee injury affects a running back much more than an OL as long as it's mostly healed and doesn't get worse.

Whereas with Gurley, even if the knee was mostly healed, he was not going to be able to make the same moves and cuts that he used to with a healthier knee.

From my martial arts training, my first target is the eyes. Doesn't matter how big and tough you are. You get a strike to the eyes and you're going down, defenseless. Look how Bellinger is down, rolling on the ground from this, totally defenseless.

Just sharing this with my friends here on ROD.

If you are ever attacked by a bad guy, go for the eyes! Doesn't have to be fancy either. Just slap your hand on the bad guy's face, and then dig into the eyes. Threat will be over in seconds.

Stay safe everyone!

I see O’dell Beckham now has a December return estimate.

There's no timetable for Beckham to make his decision, but he reportedly might not be healthy enough to play until December and if he waits until that point to sign with someone, that will give him another few weeks to mull things over.

Word at the time of the injury was November return. Here are a couple of links but there were many with the November estimate. LINK LINK

I wonder if it is a sign of setback? Or was November always too optimistic?
