Even with the current uptick, crime rates way off historical highs.

The homelessness thing is bad, though.

And there are no easy/cheap solutions.

Yeah and homelessness is the one thing I was thinking about when I made that list

Well, Philly is a disaster as we have one of those DAs who does not want to lock up criminals in the name of equity. Result is record homicide & violent crime rates.
