Add in his game tape he's a 4.32 speed guy that invites contact and doesn't go down. He looked like KW if KW had wheels.
I'd try my best to get some draft capital for Kyren. No way I extend him with this insane draft class.

Then I'd do whatever was needed to assure Tuten lands on this team. He's our Gibbs. A combo of him and Corum would be lethal.

Not meaning to offend you or @jrry32, but I had Pierce on my radar long before anyone else on this forum did. You can look up my November mock draft for proof positive.

Hollin Pierce's small write-up by yours truly

For every prospect that you guys uncover first, I will always give credit. For every trade or free agent signing I take for a mock of mine, I will always give credit to the one who made it. I only ask that you do the same for me. Is that fair?
No way of knowing who is on your mind as a prospect and I really don't care about being "the first" to like a prospect. Jrry was the first I saw mock him or talk about him so I cited him. This is the first I've seen you say you liked him tbh.

No, it isn't. Hang on, let me bring up my posts - multiple ones:

(This one, you literally quoted me on.)

Listen, I'm fine with people calling out firsts (like you have with Fannin and Tuten and all of the others you've posted). I've given you your dues. I've given Memphis his dues. I've given Corbin, Elm, Dieter, and everyone else their dues. I've given Jerry his dues so many times. I respect you all too much not to do that.

I understand if it's a misunderstanding. I just want the same respect that I give you guys, is all.

I honestly don't care if it's so important to you from now on I'll only call him your prospect. The two shits I give about this ego flex were gone long before I finished typing this.

Do you have Hollin Pierce boxer shorts? No.

He is my prospect!

We will when we trade back in the 1st. And I do not miss a bit of sleep at us trading up for Fiske.
I don’t either but still of the thinking Carolina would have taken less.

Possibly but again doesn't matter. Also do you know somebody wasn't trying to trade into the pick and we had to beat their offer? I just don't worry about it.

Because of the depth of this draft class, why would a team trade for him?
He's not going anywhere, extension or not
And yeah it would be awesome to see them add one of these super athletic guys to tandem with him

And if we did trade him with the depth of this class, there will be at least 1 RB drafted for every team we know it's that deep, nobody is going to trade for a RB with 1 year left on his deal unless they thought that was the piece they were missing to give them a trophy. And then we'd get so little for him people would just cry about the trade return.

Ego flex for wanting the same respect I've given you for your contributions?

Honestly, you do you. Fuck it.

Do you know somebody was trying to trade into that pick. Things like that usually come out don’t they? Especially after this much time.

I’ve been a huge Snead supporter before most, but there are times they do use a shotgun when only a fly swatter is needed.

I don't know that they weren't, but Philly did trade up right behind us. And from the looks of it gave up more than we did IMO since both those 2nd rounders were this year. From the looks of it if they called Carolina we don't make the trade with them.

I think there are 100's of conversations that go on during the draft. I have no doubt they saw their guy and didnt want to risk losing him, nor did they want to get in to a bidding war for that pick which was clearly for sale. There may not have been a team who also wanted Fiske but also wanted that pick to draft someone else.

Yes, I tend to agree. He does have production at the NFL level however. A 5th round pick from a very needy RB team? Possible.

Just don't extend him. Please.

I doubt anybody else makes a similar trade because most GM’s aren’t stupid enough to trade 2 2nd rounders and a 5th for a 2nd, 3rd, and a 5th.

What a bad trade for the Redskins to a division rival.

Since Philly was dead set on upgrading their secondary they still take DeJean and we get a better deal with the Redskins or whoever. The mentality that we had to do this trade to get Fiske by fans who are assuming is absolutely absurd.

I only care about draft compensation we gave up when the resulting guy sucks/busts. If we hit on the guy like with Fiske - the cost is worth whatever we give up.
