Name an artist that it embarrasses you to admit you actually like their music.

I've got 2:
1) Elton John. Once in a while I hear a song by him, not knowing it's one of his only to find out it's by him and think, "well crap!!" I'm a fan.

2) nickel back. I know I'm supposed to be repulsed by their music like every other red blooded American man. But I'm not. Dang it all to heck!!

Maroon 5...pretty good stuff if you ask me.

I agree with @beej also...Elton John and Nickleback I enjoy also. My wifes and mine first date was an Elton John concert in 1986...she still has the ticket stubs with the price $17.50... saw in in 2007 and tickets were over 100 if I remember right

Yea u bought my wife her CD and was forced to listen to it enought that I started to enjoy it.

I'm kind of embarrassed to admit that I like The Go-Gos and Elton John (for what it's worth I think "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" and "Tiny Dancer" are pop genius)

as much as i love heavy metal and heavier music, i like plenty of songs from gordon lightfoot, jimmy buffet (not margaritaville), and cat stevens. dont get me started on patsy cline either.

I like lots of songs but not necessarily the entire body of work from that artist or band. Not embarrassed by any of it. I like just about everything by Elton John up until 'Yellow Brick Road.' After that.....meh.

Neil Diamond.

"BE COMIN' TO AMERICA!"

'merica.

Peter, Paul and Mary - still love 'em.

(What was I smoking?)

I really like Lady GaGa. Her persona is weird, but her music is catchy and she's got a hell of a voice for a "pop" singer.

I also went through a Creed phase that I'd like to have back if possible... yeesh, a bad Christian version of Pearl Jam several years after the grunge phase cooled off? Sign me up...

I'm obsessed with Springsteen. I've seen him 7 times in the last 4 years. But he's awesome so I'm not embarrassed.

I am embarrassed to admit that I like Miley Cyrus songs. She's an utter disaster of a human, but freak me she can pump out a good tune.
