we have a mini bull terrier Luna and a rescue full size Jett. they are our 5th and 6th of the breed. Our last one Myla passed a little over a year ago. here she is
Myla and Zoey could be twin sisters! They sure are characters yeah?

This is my little buddy Guapo. When he wants my attention he tries to grab the laptop screen. Sometimes he'll push on the clicker. He's 15 years old. The vet says he has pancreatitis and his kidneys are failing. Probably would be a few days or couple weeks. He was pretty sick when I took him in.

For some reason he's feeling better since the vet visit a couple weeks ago. Ever since I retired 4 years ago he became my shadow. Follows me everywhere around the house. Waits for me outside the bathroom. I don't know how much longer he has but I'm spoiling him till the end. I'm gonna miss my little buddy when the time comes.

I just can't figure out why he's feeling so much better now when the vet said he was dying a couple weeks ago. He eats and drinks. Normal urinating and bowel movements. Could the vet be wrong?

I'm obsessed with this guy right now. @Loyal told me they were very smart. And it's showing. I'm guessing he was crate trained because he walks right in at night and throughout the day when he wants to go to sleep. He is just terrific with my kids. When they are sleeping in the morning he walks from door to door trying to get them up. Lol

BTW his name is Winston RAMPAGE!

Sitting on the couch, feet up. The Small pup is between my knees. The bigger one is lying next to me. The bigger one farts, pick his head up looks at me like I did it. Then he gets up and moves to another part of the living room. Comes back 15 minutes later after the smell is gone.

Update on Guapo. He has his good days and bad days. Last few days were good. Eating and drinking. Plenty of energy. Today he's a little sick. Vomited a couple times. He just wants to lay around today. Since the vet visit he's had a couple days like this. I start thinking "Is this the end?" Then the next day he's fine. I don't know what to think about that. The vet was so sure he'd be gone by now.

I've been giving him Pedialyte in a syringe to keep him from dehydrating when he doesn't want to eat or drink. I think that helps. He did have a normal bowel movement this morning. Urinating was a little lighter than normal. But he did urinate. I would think if his kidneys stopped working he wouldn't be able to urinate.

He's had heart issues for a couple years. The vet put him on a diuretic last year because fluid around the heart kept seeping into his lungs and made him cough a lot. That helped to reduce the coughing.

I know he's old. His time is coming. I don't know when. I just know I'll be there till the end. My little buddy Guapo. It hurts to think about losing a family member. But pets don't live as long as we do. We have to accept that we will lose them at some point. Life as such.

My boy Winston is just over 11 weeks now. He was neutered at 5 weeks because he had a hernia he was born with and they did both things at once.

This dude will not stop trying to fuck everyone. Lol idk what to do. My friend was over a bit ago and he had his son who isn't quite two. And Winston kept knocking him down and humping him. Lol

This dude is just a beast I guess. Any idea how to end this shit?
