No one that I would be ashamed to mention, although when cruising around, i'd definitely switch stations if some of those previously named 'artists' hit the airwaves. My all-time favorite music genre is country-rock, and being a child of the 60's, I was all about the rock scene of that era and later, but that doesn't mean I can't love plenty from Mozart & Beethovan to Glenn Miller swing & boogie-woogie to Motown to the New York Dolls to New Age like Enya or Irish Rock (Chieftains) or Pearl Jam & Alice in Chains & Foo Fighters to even Taylor Swift & Miley Cyrus. Probably the only music that was out for me was a lot of the noisy heavy metal material. jmo.

I have a friend named Buck. He's always been a rocker. He'd go to concerts to see local hard rock bands. He'd listen to a lot of hard rock. He's been riding a Harley for 30 years and is part of a motorcycle club. He's been in jail a few times. I think he took roids. He was never big in college but he's huge now. He looks the part, plays the part, etc,....

Buck was my college room mate. I talk to him now and then. He'll come around to visit too. We generally catch up with what's been going on in our lives. So one time I asked him what music he's been listening to lately and he said he's been getting into Enya. :alol:Now there's nothing wrong with Enya's music, but to look at Buck and see pictures of his biker gang and the image he projects. I about spit out my beer.

Loved many of Enya's albums myself, although she wasn't daytime music, for me at least, ... she became more of a late night romantic mix I would play to help set a mood. Procol Harem and parts of Pink Floyd's UmmaGumma record, the Moody Blues, Fleetwood Mac, the Eagles, the Police and many others were great at setting the right state of mind. jmo.

We had a thread just like this several years ago. I admitted in that one that there is some Madonna music that I really like. LOL

There's another one though. Might as well get it all out there.

Culture Club/Boy George

There... I fucking said it.
