He also has a hurt pinky finger on his throwing hand, which contributed to his throws sailing on him in the GB game prior to his ankle/foot injury.

Dude is falling apart. :part:

Imo the hamstring injury to DeAndre Hopkins could be nearly as important if it lingers or worsens. Cards would not be anywhere near the same offensive threat without Hopkins.
Very true. Their bye is four weeks away.

Don’t be so sure. Fox injured Murray’s ankle when the Rams played them last year. The back up, Strebling, came in and didn’t play well. When the game was still within reach Murray limped back onto the field and quickly lead his team on a drive down the field. He dropped dimes and befuddled the Rams defense, especially with TE Arnold.

Murray may be less dangerous when he cannot scramble but he is still a dangerous QB even when kept in the pocket.

I'd like to politely disagree with ya on this.
I don't think he's even a top 20 QB if forced to be strictly a pocket passer.

This season he's completing over 70% of his passes over 20 yards in the air.

Not if Hopkins doesn’t catch those prayers…he throws more shit up than any QB.

You guys respect the air raid midget too much…it’s Big 12 football. Kick their ass like the SEC does.

Murray is a good QB. Yes… He is an injury risk because of his size, and there is a track record of that, too.

But when healthy, he can make all the throws. He can make big time throws, too.

I don’t care for his demeanor at times… There is this wobble and shoulder slumping thing he does when plays don‘t work out that I don‘t care for. But that’s clearly on me because he appears to be a respected leader out there.

Would I be happy with him as my starter? Yes. However… I prefer a bigger QB, and therfore he will always be a notch down on my list.

But, I can’t bag on him real easy anymore. Dude can play.

Yeah in terms of body language psychoanalysis he's an easy target but he's a tough out on 3rd down.
