I never watched Becker until it was syndicated. It's pretty damn funny

Yeah; Becker himself was an irascible curmudgeon but had a heart of gold underneath it all, while all the other characters added their own unique flavour to the show. So many comedies suffer from pointless additional characters just acting as filler- in Becker, everyone contributed.

If there was EVER a better character than Gunther Toodie don't know who it was

Mine would be Archer and The Larry Sanders Show.

Archer is beyond hilarious to me.

Don't know if you guys in the States ever got a British comedy called "Absolutely" but it was an under-rated gem.

How about "House"? This show was fucking amazing

Just got balls deep into The X-Files recently.
I wish I was cool enough to get into it when it was actually on TV because my friends and I would have gobbled it up!
Another good one featuring David Duchovney is Californication. I don't think that's on anymore though.

I know some people that used to get high and watch the x files. Lol

I wonder if I'm the only one here who got into True Blood.

Hey Flip, have you watched the show House of Cards? I watched the american version (Netflix Original Series) with Kevin Costner and Kate Mara, and absolutely loved it. I have heard the original British show is very good also.

We love True Blood in our house. Good damn show. This last season was off , and it seems it's going odd for the next season.

They do have some winners from time to time. I started watching one that I thought was hilarious, but they ended up cancelling it. The main guy was the creator of the show and I thought he was a brilliant writer because the show was intelligent and really funny.

How not to live your life.
