We were bored at work recently, and the debate had started. What is, to you, the best shows now or then, that didn't get enough credit?

Mine is "That 70's Show".... When people talk about great sitcoms, they talk about friends and Seinfeld. But I think this one just gets forgot. I could watch this shit all day. Cracks me the hell up.

Tough call. I think I'd go with Justified. Don't really hear that much about it but it's a really good and entertaining show. I also think Veronica Mars was a very underrated show. I don't know what it is about Kristen Bell but I think she's just so damn cute.

I agree that justified is badass. Another show you don't hear about is Shameless, it's a show on Showtime. It's bad ass

I've seen it. Laughed really hard when Jody sings Kiss From a Rose while having sex then cries.

WKRP was a good one. Les Nesman with his tape outlined office.
Shameless started good for me in season one but the characters are such scumbags it is impossible to like them or pull for them. You need some sort of redeeming qualities otherwise they are just dirtbags. Need a little more balance in that show to me.

That's what I loved about The Wire. None of the characters were portrayed as good guys. They were all flawed people. You could hate them one episode and root for them the next. That's my favorite series of all time, the depth of that show was incredible...but I'm digressing a bit from the topic here. :cheese:

Mad TV. Loved that show...especially in the mid 90s.

Haha. I loved that show too. Used to love watching their music video parodies. Michael McDonald is freaking hilarious.

I love me some dirtbags! lmao. Whats funny about that show, is my wife LOVES that show Reba, and it fucks her up to see her "Van" as such a different character

How in the hell is M*A*S*H underrated? lol I think its just old. But that show was huge. lol

I mean todays generation do not understand how GREAT of a show that was.

How someone can not find Frank Burns (or Col. Flag) the funniest character ever, is beyond me.

I'm to young for it. My mom used to watch it, I hated it

Archer!!! Probably my favorite show(if animated shows count). Very funny and awesome.

If i had to choose a normal TV show, i'd probably go with It's always sunny in Philadelphia or Justified/Shameless. After watching Shameless i downloaded the entire original British version and watched it all. American version is better.

I watyched a few seasons of Sunny in Philly and it spiraled out of control, it started strong though.
