I have much of them on my player. Have been a BIG fan since oooooohhhh I was in high school. They were very, very popular in my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. In fact if you look at the liner notes from their first album they thank WMMS, a major rock station there, for "getting the ball rolling". They got a ton of air time there early in their career.

WMMS is an interesting story.....worth reading about if you want to Google it. They won Rolling Stones station of the year several times. Then got exposed in a big payola and coke scandal. Pretty wild story lol.

I wish Audioslave would get back together as well. I loved Rage Against the Machine, love Soundgarden, but honestly I might like Audioslave just a bit more than either of those others. Chris Cornell is probably this generations greatest vocalist. Boom. Went there.

I'm w/ ya there Benny!

Chris Cornell is awesome. Anyone that would question his vocal prowess should just go listen to Soundgarden's "Superunkown" album. Good stuff

And... Deep 'mother fuckin' Purple. :-o
